Description

Dark purple foliage, turning dark red in summer and bright red in autumn. Recommended for a medium to large sized garden. More vigorous and better leaf retention than ‘Bloodgood’. Planted away from afternoon sun; sunlight enhances its colour. Shelter from winds, moist well-drained soil. Also good as a feature plant or in a mixed border. 4m x 5m.
