Description
Picea pungens glauca ‘Kaibab’ has a classic Christmas tree shape with densely growing horizontal branches. Grey bark and the most amazing silvery blue needles which are aromatic when rubbed.
Keep in a cool but light spot, away from sources of heat such as radiators or fireplaces as these will dry the tree out quickly and could cause it to drop its needles. Or alternatively place it by your front door and decorate with lights, or bird food decorations.
After Christmas these living Christmas trees grow well in a pot and can be placed outside to grow on for another year, repotted if required or planted out in the garden, where they will make a great statement evergreen conifer.
