Description
Pittosporum tenuifolium ‘Tom Thumb’ are compact, rounded evergreen shrubs from New Zealand. ‘Tom Thumb’ provides great structure in the garden. It can be clipped to maintain its rounded form and has really interesting, small, wavy contrasting young and mature purple foliage. Great in a border, used as low hedging or in a pot. The glossy foliage is great for flower arranging too.
Prefers well-drained soil and shelter from cold, drying winds. Prune back if damaged by frost. Good in sun or partial shade. 1m x 0.6m.
