Description

Commonly known as the Seven Sunflower, this plant comes from China and was introduced to ornamental horticulture in the 1980s.  Flower buds appear in summer but only start to open in mid-late August and September.  Individual flowers are creamy white and fragrant. The peeling bark of this fantastic plant is grey/brown and gives great winter interest.
